Canadian YA/MG Authors

As part of the Canadian YA blog event that occurred in May 2012, I thought I'd have a list of all the YA (and some MG) authors I could think of from Canada. Then other people named some I'd missed, and that's what this list is. Suggestions are always welcome, this list is always growing. As long as the author has some connection to Canada, like they were born in Canada or now live in Canada or lived here for a good chunk of time and still consider themselves Canadian, they're welcome to be on the list. Upcoming debut authors are in bold. :) (If I've missed you and/or your book, please feel free to let me know.) Also, I recommend the lists that Helen at CanLit for LittleCanadians puts out (ex. Fall 2015). :)

  2. Great list, Lindsay! There are a lot more Canadian YA authors than I thought...and a few of them I actually didn't know were Canadian.
